Classroom/group oriented presentations on a variety of issues related to alcohol, other drugs and gambling. The presentations are designed for a wide range of audiences, school-aged to adult and can be arranged as single or multiple sessions. A variety of age-appropriate activities support the sessions.
Topics include:
- Alcohol and Other Drug Information: Alcohol, Tobacco, Household Substances/Inhalants, Depressants, Stimulants, Narcotics, Hallucinogens, Cannabis, Steroids and other drugs/substances of abuse.
- Special Topics: Underage Drinking, Alcohol & the Adolescent Brain, Children of Alcoholics in the Classroom, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), Current Trends in Substance Abuse, Prevention Overview, Drug-Free Workplace, Using Medications Wisely, Gambling Prevention & Intervention, Compulsive Gambling and other topics of interest are available.
