parent to parent (P2P): parents for safe & drug-free youth

A video-based program that creates an environment for parents to learn, practice and apply important insights and skills to help protect children and prevent problems. CASAC staff facilitates P2P discussions and activities.

• Parent to Parent: Lessons Learned empowers parents with knowledge, skills and beliefs to enhance parenting effectiveness.
  Rate: (6 sessions) $450 per group

• Safe Passage equips parents with information and skills to take an active role in protecting children from violence and raising non-violent children.
  Rate: (4 sessions) $240 per group

• Parent to Parent: Lessons Learned About Drugs is an overview of material covered in all P2P sessions with a focus on guiding adolescents to adulthood with out alcohol and other drug problems.
  Rate: (2 sessions) $150 per group

parents who care

A video-based interactive program that helps parents make a positive difference in their teenagers’ lives. It includes time with a facilitator and take-home lessons for parents and teens together. It was developed to help families with teens increase the chances that the teens will grow up healthy and avoid the risks for drug abuse, violence and other problem behaviors.

Rate: (8-12 sessions) $400 - $600 per group

parent night

A presentation designed for parents, teachers and community members to provide information on alcohol and other drugs, current trends, signs and symptoms of use and abuse, what to do if you suspect or know a child is using and other helpful resource information. It is generally a 1-2 hour presentation with co-facilitators.

Rate: $80 per hour
